Refund Policy

At The Program Basketball Training, we understand that life can be unpredictable—especially with young athletes and busy family schedules. We aim to be fair and flexible while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and training programs. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions with no notice, are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with no fee if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated and could be considered a late cancellation.

3. Training Packages

  • For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis, based on the number of completed sessions and the terms above.
  • Refunds will not be granted for packages partially used without prior cancellation notice.

4. Illness or Emergencies

  • We understand that kids and teens may occasionally become sick or face emergencies. Please notify us as soon as possible—we may offer credit or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis for valid medical or emergency reasons.

5. Coach Cancellations

  • If a session is canceled by the coach or trainer, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
